Returns & Exchanges

Conditions
All purchases made online can be returned or exchanged by emailing support@rahyahscoffee.com. To be eligible, the product must be in its original packaging, unopened with all contents inside. The request must also be submitted within 7 days of receipt. Any claim for damaged goods must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

Cancellations
Did you click submit before you're ready? Not a problem - it happens to all of us. Email us at support@rahyahscoffee.com within 24 hours of submission to cancel and receive an eligible refund.
